Hemos abordado as\u00ed varios productos espec\u00edficos ofrecidos por bancos y entidades que cuentan con l\u00edneas de financiamiento para adquirir, construir o refaccionar una vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Una importante porci\u00f3n de esta oferta est\u00e1 especialmente orientada a financiar dos tipos de vivienda: la Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social y la Vivienda Familiar Normal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se denomina Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social a aquella vivienda cuyo valor es inferior a 135 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales<\/strong>. En la actualidad son muchos los bancos que ofrecen pr\u00e9stamos dirigidos directamente a financiar este tipo de vivienda.<\/p>\n

Cabe aclarar que existen 4 tipos de Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social:<\/p>\n

Tipo 1.<\/strong> Se trata de viviendas cuyo valor asciende a un m\u00e1ximo de 50 SMLM.<\/p>\n

Tipo 2.<\/strong> Son aquellas viviendas que tienen un costo de 51 a 70 SMLM.<\/p>\n

Tipo 3.<\/strong> Las viviendas del tipo 3 van desde los 71 a los 100 SMLM.<\/p>\n

Tipo 4.<\/strong> Este tipo de viviendas son aquellas cuyo valor se encuentra dentro del rango de entre 101 y 135 SMLM.<\/p>\n

Una caracter\u00edstica destacable de las Viviendas de Inter\u00e9s Social es que cuentan con exenciones tributarias especiales<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de otros beneficios adicionales que no se aplican en el caso de las Viviendas Familiares Normales.<\/p>\n

Es clave aclarar que los beneficios y ventajas de los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios para Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social son accesibles \u00fanicamente para aquellos grupos familiares que perciben menos de cuatro salarios m\u00ednimos mensuales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vivienda Familiar Normal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuando hablamos de Vivienda Familiar Normal hacemos referencia a aquella vivienda cuyo valor excede los 135 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales<\/strong>. Este tipo de cr\u00e9ditos no recibe los beneficios que se aplican a las Viviendas de Inter\u00e9s Social.<\/p>\n
